Chance for national football team to redeem pride after shameful defeat

PETALING JAYA: National No. 1 goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi Che Mat is ashamed of the 10-0 pummeling the national football team suffered at the hands of the United Arab Emirates.

But he and his team-mates will have the chance to put Thursday’s humiliating loss behind them when they take on another Middle East giant – Saudi Arabia – at the Shah Alam Stadium on Tuesday.
