(Reuters) - West Bromwich Albion have ruled out the prospect of Saido Berahino leaving the club during the current transfer window, leading Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino to compare his club's pursuit of the striker to a frustrated love affair.
Baggies' chairman Jeremy Peace told the 22-year-old striker that he would not be sold at a meeting on Thursday, according to a statement on the club website (www.wba.co.uk).
