Kelantan, Penang to slog it out in President's Cup final

GEORGE TOWN: Since the President’s Cup competition began in 1985, Kelantan have won it every time the year ends with a 5.

They won it in 1985, 1995 and 2005; and added another two titles in 2011 and 2013.
