PETALING JAYA: Sahil Suhaimi was on cloud nine after his brace helped Lions XII lift the FA Cup trophy with a 3-1 win over Kelantan in the final at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.

The 22-year-old, who came on as a substitute in the second half, struck two goals in the space of nine minutes on Saturday to help Fandi Ahmad’s men become the first foreign team to win the Cup.
