Akhmal grabs last-gasp equaliser to salvage draw for Frenz A


PETALING JAYA: Mohd Akhmal Haikal scored a last-gasp equaliser to help Malaysia’s Frenz A hold Cambodia Phnom Penh Crown to a 1-1 draw in an Asean Champions League Under-15 Group A match at the Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh yesterday.

The Malaysians, who opened their campaign with a 2-1 win over Singapore NFA 2-1 at the Janda Baik Stadium last week, trailed the Cambodian side after 34 minutes with Sen Teang Chout on target.
