PETALING JAYA: The Wheeltop Rotor Chengdu Cycling Team aim to restore China’s reputation at the 30th edition of Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) from Sept 27-Oct 4 with their inclusion of experienced climber Jonathan Klever Caicedo Cepeda.
Since Wang Meiyin’s 2013 Stage 3 victory in Cameron Highlands, Chinese teams have struggled to establish themselves in recent editions of LTdL.
