SHAH ALAM: Track cyclist Adib Andhar Andan was not able to celebrate his mother’s birthday but he made it up with the perfect present by winning the Malaysia Games (Sukma) men’s keirin gold medal at the National Velodrome in Nilai.

The 21-year-old ended Sarawak’s long wait in the sport when he became the first from his state to win a track cycling gold medal.
