NILAI: Racing through fever and fatigue, Malaysia’s women’s sprint trio still refused to back down despite a tough outing at the Track World Cup in Nilai.

Anis Amira Rosidi and teammates Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri and Nur Alyssa Mohd Farid bowed out in the first round after clocking 48.297s to lose to Poland, who posted 47.673s at the National Velodrome.
