Malaysia target historic medal haul at junior track worlds

KUALA TERENGGANU: Malaysia are placing high hopes on the national junior cycling squad to win medals at the UCI Junior World Championships in Apeldoorn, Holland, from Aug 20-24.

Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Adam Adli Abdul Halim said that although Malaysia have never won a medal in the championship before, he hopes the four young track riders representing the country will make history this time.
