PETALING JAYA: Youngsters Ridwan Sahrom and Fariz Haikal Mohd Kadir celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri by blazing their way to the top of the podium in the China Track Cup 1 and 2 in Beijing.

Ridwan, the younger brother of Melbourne-based sprinter Muhd Shah Firdaus Sahrom, showed his racing pedigree by beating Chinese cyclists Zhao Da and Yang Xiao to the keirin title in the junior ranks of the China Track Cup 2 at the Laoshan Velodrome yesterday.
