MELBOURNE, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Australia captain Pat Cummins won the toss and elected to bat first in the series-opening test against Bangladesh in Darwin on Thursday.
• Australia are looking to shore up top spot in the World Test Championship.
• Bangladesh are playing their first test series in Australia since 2003.
• Bangladesh to attack on a grassy Marrara Oval pitch.
• Second and final test of series is in Mackay, Queensland.
