PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s women’s cricket team etched their names into the record books after sealing a historic berth at the 2026 Asian Games with a two-wicket victory over Nepal in the Asian Games Qualifier semi-finals at the Bayuemas Oval on Saturday.
In a tense chase, the national side held their nerve to reach 127-8 in 18.4 overs after Nepal had earlier posted 126-6 in the women’s Twenty20 international match.
