SOUTHAMPTON, England (Reuters) - Liam Livingstone smashed his second half-century in two games as England claimed a 79-run win over New Zealand in the rain-affected second one-day international on Sunday and levelled the series at 1-1.

Livingstone (95) hit his highest score in ODIs to help the hosts to overcome a top-order collapse and set New Zealand a target of 227 in 34 overs, after persistent rain had shortened the match and delayed the toss.
