PETALING JAYA: The national women’s basketball team have given themselves a massive boost ahead of the Naypyitaw SEA Games with a good showing in the Fiba Asia Championships in Bangkok.

Malaysia have long been a powerhouse in women’s basketball in this region, winning the SEA Games gold a record nine times.
