Justin to play No. 1 as Jun Hao sits out against England

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia have opted for an interesting line-up for their opening Group D tie in the Thomas Cup on Saturday (April 25), with national No. 1 Leong Jun Hao rested.

Malaysia will face England at 6pm at Forum Horsens.

Instead, Justin Hoh has been selected for first singles against world No. 62 Harry Huang.

World No. 2 pair Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik will take on world No. 66 duo Oliver Butler-Samuel Jones.

Aidil Sholeh Ali Sadikin will then feature in second singles against world No. 153 Cholan Kayan.

Malaysia have also named Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun for the second doubles match against Alex Green-Zach Russ, with Wei Chong returning after injury concerns.

Lee Zii Jia will face world No. 233 Nadem Dalvi in the last match.
