Hon Jian-Haikal capture Indian Masters title

PETALING JAYA: Men's doubles shuttlers Choong Hon Jian-Mohd Haikal Nazri have captured the World Tour Super 100 Indian Masters title.

Hon Jian-Haikal, who were only combined in August, played superbly to beat Taiwan's Lin Bing-wei-Su Ching-heng 21-17, 23-21 in the final in Assam on Sunday (Dec 10).

It was world No. 69 Hon Jian-Haikal's second title in a row after they had won their maiden crown in the Super 300 Syed Modi International in Lucknow last week.
