PETALING JAYA: National men's doubles pair Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani have decided to go separate ways.

National doubles coaching director Rexy Mainaky revealed that the pair currently ranked No. 11 in the world have asked to be split after failing to produce good results in the past few months.

"Sze Fei and Izzuddin have decided to split up," said Rexy.

"The final decision on their partnership will be made by the coaching team after the ongoing Indonesian Masters in Jakarta."

Sze Fei-Izzuddin have played together for eight years and their best result was finishing as the Swiss Open runners-up and winning the German Open last year.
