That’ll ‘dough’ nicely: Ong Yew Sin (left) and Teo Ee Yi pocketed US$14,000 (RM65,807) after winning the Bright Up Cup in Jakarta.

PETALING JAYA: A challenge has been issued to independent pair Ong Yew Sin-Teo Ee Yi to end the year on a high note after emerging as the Bright Up Cup champions in Jakarta on Friday.

The Bright Up Cup might just have been an invitational tournament but doubles coach Chin Eei Hui feels it was a good warm-up for her charges ahead of the Australian Open in Sydney, starting on Tuesday and the World Tour Finals in Guangzhou from Dec 14-18.
