KUALA LUMPUR: Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) president Tan Sri Norza Zakaria has leaped to the defence of Lee Zii Jia and doubles pair Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik for their erratic displays of late.
Insisting the trio remain the country’s best medal hopes at the Tokyo Olympics in July and Paris Olympics in 2024, Norza has called for patience from the Malaysian badminton fans to give them some space to rediscover their best form as they will eventually come good.
