KUALA LUMPUR: Mixed doubles pair Chan Peng Soon-Goh Liu Ying may end up as Malaysia’s saviours in the World Championships.
In the draw released yesterday,the independent shuttlers have the best chance to win a medal at the world meet in Basel,Switzerland,from Aug 26-Sept 1 – while the other Malaysians are unlikely to go beyond the quarter-finals.
