PETALING JAYA: Hoon Thien How has admitted his decision to quit the national team may not be the best move.
The 28-year-old was among three top men’s doubles shuttlers who left the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) alongside Tan Boon Heong and Lim Khim Wah in February to take up a new challenge as independent players.
