PETALING JAYA: Former athlete P. Savithri has waited more than half a century and now, at 84, her golden moment is finally arriving.
Savithri, who won the pentathlon gold at the 1971 SEAP Games in Kuala Lumpur, never saw the medal again after it was borrowed by officials.
