Sprinter Azeem set to test speed in local meets before Uni Games

PETALING JAYA: National sprint sensation Mohd Azeem Fahmi is set to return to Malaysia earlier than expected as he fine-tunes preparations for the World University Games in Germany from July 16-27.

The 21-year-old Auburn University student is expected to return home after the National Colleagite Athletics Association (NCAA) Division One outdoor track and field championships at the Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, from June 11–14, where he’s part of the 4x100m relay squad.
