PETALING JAYA: At just 17, Riess William Ling Eng Meng is already making waves in the athletics scene and his latest performance proves he’s no ordinary teenager.

Competing against seasoned athletes at the Hong Kong Athletics Championships last week, Riess stunned the field by clinching the men’s discus gold with a commanding throw of 48.63m at the Wan Chai Sports Ground.
