Nora’s mission – to outdo herself

Putting skills to good use: Noraseela Khalid teaching children from Lighthouse Children Welfare Home Association the right hurdling technique during an event to celebrate World Olympic Day in 2018.

NORASEELA Khalid is the most successful woman 400m hurdler ever produced by Malaysia.

From 1999 to 2012, she ruled as the undisputed queen of South-East Asia, winning gold in four straight SEA Games. She was also a feared athlete in all of Asia, bagging silver in the Asian Championships in Incheon in 2005 and bronze in the Doha Asian Games in 2006.
