MY wife and I, who are senior citizens, need some help. Up till last year, my wife received her once-in-three-months bank statement through the post. But this year, this was stopped.
We went to the bank and requested that statements be emailed to her instead. We were told the bank only sent statements via email to business accounts. My wife would have to switch to online banking or walk in personally to request for her statement.
