Enhancing mechanisms of counter-terrorism in South-East Asia

THE Centre for Human Rights Research and Advocacy (Centhra), civil society organisations and counter-terrorism practitioners recently took part in a capacity-building initiative, organised by Jakarta-based CT PHARE, which focused on enhancing oversight and accountability mechanisms of counter-terrorism operations in South-East Asia.
