Big budget for small returns

I REFER to “Education gets biggest share again” (The Star, Feb 25; online at https://bit.ly/3xXMqDL). I am accustomed to reading this headline now as it has been used many times after the reveal of the national budget every year.

The Education Ministry continues to be the number one recipient of allocations with RM55.2bil allocated to it under Budget 2023.
