Move by HRDC to impose fees is daylight robbery

I REFER to the letter headlined “Why is a government regulator increasing the cost of doing business” (Thestar.com.my, June 21; https://bit.ly/3NpPHBf).

I completely agree with the writer that the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) is trying yet again to hoodwink and rob employers.
