No help at all from MySejahtera Helpdesk


I AM currently having problems logging into the MySejahtera app. I was unable to log into the app again after logging out when I couldn’t check out from a particular venue. I have repeatedly tried the “Forgot password/ID” link on the app but have received no link via email or SMS to reset the password.

An email to the MySejahtera Helpdesk was met with a computerised response but no answers to the queries posed or directions on how or where to seek help.
