I REFER to news reports on Nov 12 in which Singapore’s Prime Minister and its Foreign Minister said that Nagaenthran Dharmalingam “has been accorded full due process under the law” in a written response to their Malaysian counterparts (The Star; online at bit.ly/star_process).
This response is callous and untenable as it totally ignores Nagaenthran’s mental disabilities.
