Our recycling efforts need greater commitment

OVER the weekend when I went shopping I noticed many shopping complexes having recycling bins with each bin clearly marked for paper, metal, glass and plastic.

It is good to have recycling bins to encourage the habit, but sadly the culture of recycling has not been ingrained in us.
