TRY as I might I can’t pretend that the US presidential election isn’t the most important political event going on in the world today.

I may be intrigued by events in Uzbekistan and Gabon, Colombia and Haiti but in just over a month, voters will decide between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in an election that is very likely to have an influence on all of us on this planet.
