FEDERAL Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad recently appeared on a programme I moderated, Bicara Minda, organised by the Sinar Harian newspaper. He has mellowed a lot now, perhaps realising that he is a minister and member of the cabinet. After all, he is no more the opposition maverick that he was for many years.
