Teacher’s passion and unique way inspires young athletes in track and field

COACH Amran Zakaria may appear to be just another physical education teacher, but the 62-year-old who retired after 37 years of teaching has helped many of his student-athletes in track and field to shine at the Malaysian School Sports Council (MSSM).

And the state of Kedah has benefited much from Amran’s dedication and selfless service.
