The authorities can do more to ensure that people have solid information on medical practices and issues. A healthy society is the foundation of a prosperous nation. 

I FELT compelled to address what was said by a representative from our Women, Family and Community Development Ministry during a recent examination of Malaysia’s human rights record under the United Nations’ Universal Periodic Review (UPR) mechanism.
