INLUENCER Ahmad Aslam admitted that polygamy is difficult for him at a young age, Berita Harian reported.
Aslam, whose full name is Ahmad Aslam Kasyfun Nazir Rashid, 25, said this was because he had to please many people.
He sparked controversy when he married two women, one of whom was Marissa Dania, the daughter of actor Norman Hakim and ex-wife Abby Abadi.
“It’s difficult, actually quite difficult. I can’t comment further and in detail. I’m worried that this matter involves the sensitivities of many people,” he said at an event recently.
Aslam married his first wife, Umisya Mazlan, in July 2020. The couple divorced in September 2023, before reconciling later. They have three children.
He married Marissa in Songkhla, Thailand, on Dec 27, 2023.
Aslam revealed that many of his followers asked him for advice on living a polygamous life each time when he went live on social media.

Hatasa Rabudin, 40, who lives in Mersing town, said the high cost of travel prevents him from visiting his mother, who resides on the island, more frequently.
“During the festive period, we have to fork out up to RM7,000 just to rent a ferry, which is shared with relatives who want to head back to the island,” he said.
Kampung Pulau Aur Village Safety and Development Committee chairman Sabinah Md Salleh said the request for free boat service was justified as many were dependent on micro agriculture and seafood business.
