WINDHOEK, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- The Namibia Football Association (NFA) announced on Wednesday that all domestic leagues will officially kick off nationwide on Oct. 24 for the 2026-27 season.
NFA acting general secretary Mabos Vries announced that the football association will complete all necessary administrative processes, including the distribution and release of funds, before the official start date of the leagues.
"Considering the above, all members are once again urged to ensure full compliance with player registration requirements and to confirm all stadium bookings in good time to facilitate the smooth commencement of the leagues, and that all leagues' fixtures must be submitted to the NFA Competition Department," he said.
