Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, Oct. 9 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched up on Friday.

The West Texas Intermediate for November delivery gained 36 cents, or 0.39 percent, to settle at 91.85 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for December delivery went up 44 cents, or 0.42 percent, to settle at 104.72 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
