Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched up on Thursday.

The West Texas Intermediate for November delivery went up 3.21 U.S. dollars, or 3.64 percent, to settle at 91.49 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for December delivery gained 4.08 dollars, or 4.07 percent, to settle at 104.28 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
