NEW YORK, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Monday.
The West Texas Intermediate for November delivery dropped 1.68 U.S. dollars, or 1.84 percent, to settle at 89.43 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for December delivery decreased by 1.93 dollars, or 1.89 percent, to settle at 100.32 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
