MOSCOW, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Over the past week, 41 civilians were killed and another 274 people wounded in attacks launched by Ukrainian forces against Russian regions, Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik told TASS news agency on Tuesday.
Data compiled and verified by Miroshnik's office, which monitors crimes committed by Kiev, showed a total of 315 civilians affected by shelling from Ukrainian nationalists during the seven-day period. Among the injured were 9 minors.
He said that the Ukrainian forces fired no fewer than 8,033 munitions at civilian sites on Russian territory in the past seven days.
The overwhelming bulk of weapons used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to target civilians were produced and supplied by "Western accomplices," Miroshnik added.
