North Korea's Kim Jong Un says new destroyer will be part of nuclear response system

SEOUL, ⁠Sept 7 (Reuters) - ⁠North Korean ‌leader Kim Jong Un attended ​the commissioning ⁠of a ⁠new destroyer on ⁠the ‌country's ⁠east coast, state ​media ‌KCNA reported on ⁠Monday, ​saying the vessel ⁠would be ​part of Pyongyang's nuclear response ⁠system and could deliver "annihilating retaliatory ​strikes" ⁠if ordered.
