Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices climbed on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for October delivery gained 79 cents, or 0.88 percent, to settle at 91.01 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for November delivery went up 98 cents, or 1.04 percent, to settle at 95.63 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
