SAO PAULO, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- A worker stabbed three co-workers to death Saturday at a Bombril factory in Sao Bernardo do Campo, in Brazil's Sao Paulo state, before dying by suicide in police custody, authorities said.
The suspect was identified as 33-year-old Claudio Henrique da Silva, a forklift operator employed by a subcontractor at the cleaning products factory.
Police said officers arrived after reports of a knife attack and found the three victims dead. The suspect had been restrained by people at the scene and was later taken to a police station, where he took his own life.
Bombril said it was cooperating with the investigation and providing assistance to the victims' families.
