NEW ‌DELHI, July ⁠20 (Reuters) - India's youth-led "cockroach movement" ​said ‌in a statement on ⁠X ​on Monday that its ⁠founder Abhijeet Dipke ​was not in "detention or arrest" after ⁠earlier saying he was "picked up" by police.
