2 Chinese nationals killed in Venezuela earthquakes


CARACAS, June 25 (Xinhua) -- Two Chinese nationals had been confirmed dead in Venezuela's earthquakes as of 4 p.m. Thursday, according to the Chinese Embassy in Venezuela.

Two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela on Wednesday evening, causing heavy casualties and severe damage. Rescue operations are underway.
