Urgent: U.S. officials release full text of U.S.-Iran MoU: media


WASHINGTON, June 17 (Xinhua) -- U.S. government officials on Wednesday released the 14-point full text of the Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Iran, which is expected to be signed on Friday in Switzerland, according to media reports.

The text spells out provisions for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, easing certain financial restrictions on Iran and sets out expectations for addressing Iran's nuclear program during future technical talks, according to the text published on CNN's website.
