Urgent: Israel's COGAT says closes crossings into Gaza, including Rafah, following Iran's missile attacks


JERUSALEM, June 8 (Xinhua) -- Israel's Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) said early Monday that several crossings into Gaza have been closed until further notice following waves of Iranian missile attacks on Israel late Sunday.

In a post on social media platform X, COGAT, a body under Israel's Defense Ministry, said the closed crossings included the Kerem Shalom/Karem Abu Salem crossing and the Rafah crossing.
