LOS ANGELES, May 18 (Xinhua) -- Police in San Diego, U.S. state of California, responded to reports of an active shooter at an Islamic center on Monday.
The San Diego Police Department said on X that officers were on scene at the Islamic Center of San Diego in the 7050 block of Eckstrom Avenue, following reports of an active shooter situation.
Authorities did not immediately provide further details.
